Business communication language (Язык делового общения)

Аннотация

The goal of the course is to form a high level of speech culture in the field of business communication.
The main objectives of the course are as follows:
- to form a notion of the modern Russian literary language, the formal business style as its kind, of a literary norm and peculiarities of its functioning in the formal business style;
- to disclose the specific character of business communication in its oral and written forms;
- to form the skills of efficient speech communication in business field.
The course will be presented in seminars supplemented with PowerPoint presentations. Short questions, comments, and remarks from the students are welcome during the lecture. By the end of every lecture there will be a 10-12 minute period for questions and answers.
