Аннотация

By the end of the course student have to
Know:
- the types of information and instrumental support of the decision maker (DM);
- methods of group decision-making;
- methods of execution of decisions at various stages of the decision-making cycle;
- possibilities of the decision support systems (DSS);
- criteria for selecting tools of DSS;
- classification of objectives and decision-making conditions.
Be able to:
- formulate requirements of DM for DSS;
- formalize the process of substantiation and decision-making;
- choose the tools for each phase of the decision-making;
- use tools of monitoring of decision-implementation;
- make DSS choices based on the needs and opportunities for businesses and organizations.
